In many rural Liberian communities, critical facilities such as health centers and schools operate without reliable electricity, resulting in interrupted healthcare services, limited night-time operations, and inadequate support for cold chain medical storage and digital learning. The UNICEF project aimed to bridge the energy gap by deploying a clean, sustainable, and autonomous solar mini-grid system to power essential services.
